WHO WE ARE
Allegiant Facility Services Joint Venture LLC (AFS) is a joint venture approved under the Small Business Administration’s (SBA’s) All Small Mentor Protégé Program (ASMPP) and consists of two very experienced federal operations and maintenance contractors: IntegriWard, LLC (WARD) and Native Energy & Technology, (NATIVE). Both firms are headquartered in San Antonio, Texas and have extensive experience providing facility operations, physical access controls/intrusion detection/surveillance systema and security guards, engineering and construction, environmental services, and contract management services for Federal facilities across the United States and throughout the Caribbean. As very experienced teaming partners since 2011, WARD and Native share a successful legacy relationship based on similar management practices and a mutual dedication to quality and service.
AFS is an SBA certified 8(a) and Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) and fully understands that the key to success is the employment of qualified, talented, and motivated personnel in technical, administrative, trades, and management positions.
